  • We collect their phone number solely for sending review reminders
  • Customers may receive up to 4 SMS messages per opt-in
  • Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP
  • Phone numbers are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Message and data rates may apply

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send SMS review reminders on your behalf
  • Register your business for 10DLC/A2P SMS compliance

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. SMS opt-in records are retained for 4 years as required by telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

  • Telnyx for SMS delivery
  • Supabase for data storage
